Assist in the
development of coherent national and state policies which provide the most
effective delivery of services to migrants, farmworkers and the rural poor;
Act as a
clearinghouse of information with respect to developments affecting farmworkers
Serve as a national partnership of farmworker organizations to address issues of regional and national significance.
